How do I market my home to the right buyer? CB Zap enhances the ability for Coldwell Banker affiliated agents to find the right buyer when they are ready to buy. The CB Zap platform analyzes a potential buyer’s online behavior and assigns a ZapScore indicator up to 100. THe ZapScore number helps to identify individuals who may be closer to buying.
